perfect clogs, perfect week

Levade Clogs
The perfect clog.  Not too high, perfect for fall, and in a reasonable price range.  Thank you Anthropologie.

school starts tomorrow, which is absolute insanity.
however, that does mean that my outfit posts will be more regular.  and boy do I have some amazing looks in mind to share with you.  I'll keep you all up to date with my fall 2010 lookbook-- my second year of doing so.  Can you believe it's been a year?  Remember this girl?  I do and I don't, but that's besides the point.  I'm here, I'm now, I'm have a new, healthy outlook on life.

The most exciting part of this week is not starting my junior year, though, it's more along the lines of the Evolving Influence IFB Conference in NYC on Thursday!  I mentioned it to my mom, not expecting anything and then it has suddenly become a huge possibility!  Right now we are trying to figure out the logistics of getting there and what not, but it seems as though the odds are working in my favor.  First question in my mind is:  what am I going to wear?!  Which is probably the most significant question above all regarding this trip.

Thank you all so so so much for your comments on my last post.  After living with my "mullet" for the last week or so, I have grown more used to it, but that doesn't mean I ultimately love it.  It does mean that I can wear my hair down and feel, for the most part, comfortable.  Your words truly helped me deal. There is nothing more prized to a girl than her hair, so I sincerely appreciate your support.

I hope you all are having a fantastic labor day weekend.  I'm going to spend today with friends doing a photoshoot later on today, so keep an eye out for those pictures, they'll be up soon I hope.

enjoy this beautiful day!
p.s. -- I'm kind of obsessed with igor + andre right now, including this picture, which happens to be my background both on my computer and my phone.  The artwork is amazing.
