survey and news

1) What physical features do you love about yourself?
my eyes and the color of my hair.
2) How do you personally take care of yourself?
eat well, practice yoga, and breathe.
3) What are you looking forward to?
summer!
4) Who has aided your recovery the most?
friends, family, therapist, and of course, the blog world.
5) What was the very last thing you ate?
a baked potato..nom nom
6) What is one material thing you are dying to have right now?
fabric to make my own skirt.
7) If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
Paris, France
8 ) What is/was your biggest fear food, and how will/did you conquer it?
pasta, pasta, pasta..while it's still a fear food, the fear level is subduing.  The more I eat it, the better I feel about it.
9) What are your dreams for life after ED?
college, fashion, internships, NYC, traveling, happiness, and health :)
10) What advice would you give to someone concerning eating disorders?
You can deny all you want, but the life you are living with an eating disorder is actually not a life at all.  There is so much potential in one life, and to waste it by letting food and weight consume the mind is a terrible tragedy.  Live your life.  Pursue your dreams.  Don't curl up into the comfort of an ED, because that's the easy way out.  Fight for your life, because it's worth fighting for!
Thanks to Ayla, Vanilla, and Lexi for passing this on to me!
