I've had a busy, busy weekend, so that would be why I'm FINALLY posting :)
I am dying to catch up on everyone's posts - my google reader is overflowing. But actually, I am on my way out the door to another social event..a sleepover actually ;)
I know you bloggies understand.
A little update on moi. Today was a little rocky - let's just say I was NOT in the best mood I've ever been in. It taught me a lesson though, when ED is in my head and controlling me I am no fun. I am snippy and demanding and won't take anyone else's input except my own ED's. My goal for myself is to avoid those little meltdowns, though I know they are bound to happen, and stay true to my real self no matter what.
On a lighter note, I received the package I won from Sam over at Merit to the Carrot! I am so excited to try all the wonderful stuff I got. Stay tuned for more posts relating to that!
xoxo
Sweet dreams, stay out of this yucky, rainy weather!
girl, you look beautiful in those photos! I love the lesson you learned today :) have fun at the sleepovaa!
ReplyDeleteA very important lesson indeed. I've come to learn that when ED is involved in the game of life, there usually is very little fun going on. All the more reason to show him the door. ;)
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great time at the sleepover! Can't wait to hear about all the goodies you received.

Just wanted to say the password verification when I entered my comment was "ilopher"..... Say it out loud and it sounds like "i love her." Silly blogspot, what a romantic!

Oh, I truly hope that you're feeling better, Emily. I have been suffering from many of the same thoughts this past weekend, and have repeatedly done body checks. All in all, it's not a great time for either of us; but things are looking up!!
ReplyDeleteYou look stunning in this outfit! I'm especially loving your expression in the second picture - the slightest hint of a smirk!! :)

ReplyDeleteugh, today was a rough day for me too--its probably this disgusting weather! take care girlie, you have made sooo much progress and should be so proud of yourself for every step you make in the right direction toward recovery <3
