a merry little christmas

Merry Christmas to all that celebrate!

This morning brought many surprises…

…while I wish Edward had come to actually whisk me away – he was only in cardboard form as a present from me to my sister.  Lucky, lucky girl she is.  I saw it at the mall and just HAD to get it for her, given our obsession.  She woke up to him standing right outside her bedroom door,  saying, “Abby – I want you…” out of a talk bubble taped next to his mouth.  Nice touch?  I thought so.

There were other surprises under the Christmas tree as well, including an Nintendo Wii – so fun!  My family has been playing with it all day and laughing A LOT.   I also got my Seychelles Orchestra Boots and the white jacket that I had been drooling over *the angels sing*.

After a long hard day of doing absolutely nothing WiiFit, every family member was extremely exhausted.

I think it’s time to hunker down with a blanket and watch some TV, no?

I’ll catch you all later :)

Enjoy what’s left of this Christmas Day!

  1. That is a very nice gift... and the Edward standee was being sold in the mall?

I guess I have to play with our Wii too to get rid of these unwanted pounds. Really Emily, you wouldn't believe how much I ate. Hahaha! You will hate me if you found out. I think I never stopped putting stuff in my mouth for the duration of my stay with my Dad today.
