happy sunday

Hello - happy Sunday :]

Pay no mind to the abruptness of my last post, my sister was calling my name to leave in the midst of posting.  But for a good cause though -- how does a whole day at the mall sound?  One word: perfect. I left very happy, and eager to wear my new stuff.

Anywho, I'm glad to hear you all like my room!  I am lounging on my heaven-like bed as of now, I basically live on it.  I'm so glad I decided to go with the whole monochromatic, beige color vision didn't disappoint!

Oh and I worked again on Friday night (cha-chingggg) and had a much better time than Thursday night.  I got to put my creative skills to work by helping with a display at the shop.  Next week I am moving over to the other shop the owner is opening, it's a gourmet foods shop.  It will be a true test for me to be around food a lot more, but I'm sure it will be fine.  I get my first pay check next week so that will be superrrr exciting, I don't think I'm gonna have a problem getting used to the money ;]  Plus this job will look really good on my resume for future jobs in design and what not.

I can't believe the weekend is already over, and Monday is tomorrow. At school the other day they said interims would be coming out in 2 weeks!! Time flies!   But being that it's Sunday..guess what starts tonight??? DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. Gah, I love that show, I can't get enough of it.  And Grey's the other day....poor George :[

Well this is gonna be a short and sweet post because I have some art and homework to finish
Enjoy your day!

  1. desperative housewives is one show I never got in to.. I wish I had, it sounds so scandalous!

Have a great day darling :)

  2. Thanks for the prayers Emily. Me and my entire family are safe. Our place was not affected by the floods but the others were not as lucky as we are.

  3. I JUST stumbled across your blog and I LOVE IT!
I love all your clothes! Wanna send them over my way? haha

  4. I know I should have commented earlier...but

LOVE YOUR BEDROOM. Care to do up mine? :D

  5. haha Desperate Housewives, gotta love that show.
Good luck with the new job hun! I hope all goes well.

  6. One of the things that has always intrigued me about working retail is putting the displays together. I used to want to work at Charlotte Russe or Wet Seal just so I could style the mannequins! :)

Of course, I've never worked retail - always in offices and stuff; but it sounds like fun. I'm so happy that you're enjoying your job. The best type of work is that of which you actually like doing! :)
